I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional activities within the campaign "30M Devices Sold" ("the Campaign"). By making use of any of the promotions within the Campaign, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer. These Terms and Conditions of the Campaign does not limit any statutory rights and obligations of the user or any such provided under the General Terms and Conditions on the online store at the following address https://www.shelly.com/pages/terms

Campaign

The Campaign includes promotional offers ("Promotions") available during the Campaign Period for products and services sold directly by Shelly Europe Ltd. via the online store https://www.shelly.com. The Campaign does not apply to products or services offered by third parties through the online store.

Shelly Europe Ltd. UIC 202320104, Bulgarian based company having register office at: 51 Cherni Vrah Blvd, floor 2 and 3, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria

Campaign Period

Start Date: Wednesday 24.February.2026 at 09:00 AM EET (UTC +2)
End Date: Tuesday 03.March.2026 at 11:59 PM EET (UTC +2)

Territory

The Campaign is available worldwide.

Eligible customers

Users that have registered to the VIP list on https://www.shelly.com until 24.February.2026 08:00 AM EET (UTC +2) ("VIP Users").

VIP Promotions

Automatic tier-based discounts are applied at checkout as follows:

10% offorders over EUR 100 / GBP 100
20% offorders over EUR 200 / GBP 200
30% offorders over EUR 300 / GBP 300

Free standard shipping applies to all orders delivered within the European Union with a cart value over EUR 100.001 (after discounts). For orders delivered to Bulgaria, free standard shipping applies to orders exceeding BGN 100.00 (EUR 51.13), while for orders delivered to Germany or Italy, free standard shipping applies to orders exceeding EUR 79.00.

The discount applied depends on the eligible cart total and does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties. Discounts are not stackable. Only the discount applicable to your order's tier will be applied. Products marked as "Works with Shelly" and Shelly Plug M Gen3 (in all color variants and packs) are excluded.

VIP Users will be notified of available VIP benefits via the email address associated with their VIP subscription.

To access VIP Promotions, VIP users must log in using the email address with which they subscribed to the VIP list. Users who are not logged in with a VIP-registered email will not be eligible for the VIP Promotions.

VIP users may receive early access to the Campaign Promotions up to one (1) day before the official Start Date. Early access is granted at the Organizer's discretion. Product availability during early access is not guaranteed.

All discounts are available until stocks last. Shelly Europe Ltd. does not guarantee product availability during the entire Campaign period. In case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid.

GENERAL RULES

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, codes, or coupons.
  • Delivery times during the Campaign may exceed standard timeframes.
  • Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or legal requirements. Any changes take effect upon publication on https://www.shelly.com.

The Organizer may refuse to apply Promotions if:

  • these Terms or applicable law are not met;
  • required by a competent authority; or
  • fraud or abuse is suspected.

7. Liability

The Users release the Organizer from liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from: (a) participation in the Campaign; (b) violations of these Terms and Conditions, the online shop's General Terms Conditions or Privacy Policy; (c) technical malfunctions or transmission issues; (d) internet traffic or website access delays; (e) errors in Campaign materials or any technical or human error.

The Organizer disclaims liability for lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Campaign.

GOVERNING LAW

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. You may bring claims before the competent courts of your country or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu. For business users (legal entities), Bulgarian law and Bulgarian courts in Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
