The DACH region remains the most engaged market, Italy emerges as a high-satisfaction growth region, and the US is one of the fastest-growing markets, signalling rising adoption and brand awareness. Technical Maturity and Engaged Users
Most users operate devices daily and integrate multiple Shelly products into sophisticated setups. Many install devices themselves, including solutions requiring electrical wiring, showing confidence, hands-on expertise and deep involvement.
Multi-Protocol Ecosystems and Core Use Cases
Shelly customers increasingly combine devices with other IoT brands. Adoption of Matter, Zigbee, and Thread grows, and platforms like Home Assistant are popular. Lighting automation and energy monitoring remain key, with rising adoption in heating, cooling, and safety applications.
