Shelly Group is on track for a record-breaking year in demand for its smart home and loT solutions

Dimitar Dimitrov, CEO and Co-founder of Shelly Group, expects Shelly to exceed 10 million registered devices within a year with 3,000 new smart homes daily. This marks a significant increase from 2023, when they surpassed 10 million devices sold since 2018.

Strong Growth in Smart Device Adoption

The company's growth is driven by its cloud platform, which records nearly 26,000 new device registrations daily since early 2025, with over 17,000 activated via Shelly Cloud and 9,000 through third-party platforms, showcasing its flexibility.

Dimitrov attributes their growth to strong international demand and their scalable, open technology platform. He emphasizes that the platform's high integration capabilities, combined with an active developer community, foster innovation and ensure long-term growth.

Cloud Strategy and Market Expansion

Wolfgang Kirsch, Co-CEO, stated that Shelly Cloud is crucial for both their product and business scalability. Over 2,500 new accounts are created daily, with nearly 600 third-party system integrations. Shelly devices connect with over 200 smart home apps and platforms like Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings.

Kirsch emphasized the growing market potential due to increasing connected devices and integrations, which allows for new revenue streams through cloud services and licensing, fostering customer loyalty.

Without a doubt, Shelly Group continues its global expansion and cloud advancements, delivering reliable, high-performance IoT solutions.
