What is this campaign?
It’s a Gen1 Upgrade offer that gives you 50% off eligible Gen3 successor devices, based on how many eligible Gen1 devices you have added in the Shelly App.
Who is eligible?
Anyone who has these specified Gen1 products added in the Shelly App:
- Shelly 1
- Shelly 1PM
- Shelly 2.5
What if I have eligible devices but they’re not added in the Shelly App?
You can still participate by registering the devices in the Shelly App first. Your discount eligibility is calculated based on the number of registered devices.
I have 10 devices, but only 3 are registered. What happens?
You may receive a discount code for the 3 registered devices first. After registering the other devices, you will receive another code for the remaining eligible products.
Do I need a notification to be eligible?
No. Eligibility depends on having eligible Gen1 devices registered. Notifications are used only to deliver the discount codes.
I’m eligible but haven’t received a discount code yet. Why?
Discount codes are delivered in batches. If you haven’t received yours yet, you may be included in a future batch. Additional codes may arrive if you register more devices.
Which products are discounted?
- Shelly 1 → Shelly 1 Gen3
- Shelly 1PM → Shelly 1PM Gen3
- Shelly 2.5 → Shelly 2PM Gen3
Are multipacks included (2-pack / 4-pack)?
No. The discount applies only to single-pack versions of the eligible Gen3 devices.
Can I mix different Gen3 models in one order?
Yes. You can mix any combination of the eligible Gen3 products, up to your discount code’s quantity limit.
Can I use the discount code more than once?
No. Each discount code can be used only once.
Can I combine this discount code with other discounts?
The code cannot be combined with other discounts for the eligible Gen3 devices. Other products may still be discounted.
Will it work during the any sales campaign?
No, the discount codes are disabled during global promotional campaigns.
How long is my discount code valid?
Each code is valid until April 30 after it is received in the Shelly App.
What if the discount doesn’t apply at checkout?
- You added multipacks instead of single packs
- You added non-eligible products
- You exceeded the quantity limit
- Another discount is applied
If the issue persists, contact support with your account email and discount code.
When does the campaign end?
Until April 30, 2026, at 23:59 (EET), unless changed or ended earlier.
What happens if an eligible product is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, please choose another eligible product or try again later.
If I return my order, can I use the discount code again?
No. Discount codes are single-use and are generally not reissued after refunds.
