Energy Awareness Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional campaign “Warm Home. Lower Bills.” (“the Campaign”) organised by Shelly Europe Ltd. (the “Organiser”) and is valid exclusively on the territory of the United Kingdom and Ireland via our official online store https://www.shelly.com. 

By making use of any of the promotions within the Campaign, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser. These Terms and Conditions of the Campaign does not limit any statutory rights and obligations of the user or any such provided under the General Terms and Conditions on the online store at the following address https://www.shelly.com/pages/terms 

1. The Campaign offers discounts of up to 20% on selected products available at https://www.shelly.com. The products participating in the Campaign are displayed in the online store with their regular price shown struck through next to the reduced Campaign price. The level of discount varies by product. 

No promotional code is required. The Campaign price is applied automatically and is shown on the product page, in the shopping cart and at checkout. Products that are not displayed with a struck-through price are not part of the Campaign. 

1. Campaign Period: The Campaign will run from Monday 12.10.2026 at 09:00 AM British Summer Time (BST, UTC+1) (“the Start date”) until Sunday 18.10.2026 at 11:59 PM British Summer Time (BST, UTC+1) (“End date”). 

The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended upon statement by the Organiser published on https://www.shelly.com/. 

1. Free delivery applies during the Campaign Period to orders with a value of £150 or more shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom, and €150 or more shipped to addresses in Ireland. The qualifying order value is calculated on the value of the goods after the Campaign discounts have been applied, and excludes delivery costs, taxes and customs duties. 
2. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, codes, or coupons. However, such vouchers, codes, or coupons may be used on other products within the same order, provided they are not part of the Campaign. 
3. The promotional discount does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, tax and custom duties. 
4. Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
5. Delivery times during the Campaign may exceed standard timeframes. Shelly Europe Ltd. is not responsible for any delays. 
6. In case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid. 
7. This Campaign is valid only for customers with shipping addresses located in the territory of the United Kingdom and Ireland as per the definition herein. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside this territory are not eligible for the promotional discounts described herein. 
8. Shelly Europe Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Campaign, including technical issues, website errors, or problems with the display or application of the Campaign prices. Shelly Europe Ltd. is not responsible for third-party service failures. 
9. The Organiser may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or legal requirements. Any changes take effect upon publication on https://www.shelly.com 
10. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
