Visit Support Centre →All Shelly Loqed smart locks work with Euro profile cylinder locks only. It's not compatible with UK oval, Scandinavian, or Swiss round profiles. Supported doors include thicknesses up to 110mm (symmetric) or 55mm from the cylinder screw, common center-to-center distances of 55, 72, 92, and 110mm, and backsets of 30mm or more. It also works with multi-point locks (3, 5, or 7 bolts) and handle-operated doors. It's not suited to sliding doors with long inside handles, doors exposed to weather on both sides (like gates or unheated sheds), or rim locks.
The LOQED Touch comes with a built-in illuminated touch display for PIN entry and touch-to-open access, in addition to smartphone and Bluetooth unlocking and includes a handle. The LOQED Pure is a slimmer, display-free version that unlocks via smartphone or the included Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 ZB, with the option to add the LOQED Touch Display later if you want the full touch experience.
Shelly Loqed smart locks are built with hardened steel drill protection and a stainless steel design. The LOQED Touch smart lock holds EN1303, EN 15684, and SKG three-star certification, and the LOQED Pure carries SKG three-star certification. Access is keyless, with end-to-end encryption protecting app and Bluetooth communication.
No worries. Every Shelly Loqed model has by defult a backup power option, it just depends on which model are you using, since they differ a bit. For example LOQED Touch has a numeric backup code you can use at any time.
Send digital keys directly from the Shelly Loqed app with custom time windows and recurring schedules. Guests who don't have the app can receive a browser link to open the door — no download required. Revoke access instantly any time.
For LOQED Touch: Up to 12 months on 8×AA batteries. The app notifies you when batteries are low. Prefer a permanent solution? The LOQED Power Kit connects the lock to mains power. For LOQED Pure: Pure already includes rechargable batteries by default. With normal use, the batteries last up to one year.
Shelly Loqed smart locks work with Google Assistant, Apple Home, Home Assistant, Homey, IFTTT, Loxone, DoorBird, Olisto, and the open API.
