
Shelly expands European leadership with new General Managers in the UK & Ireland, Iberia, France and Italy to accelerate growth in smart automation
Shelly Group continues its Europe expansion with the appointment of new General Managers in five strategic markets: the UK & Ireland, Iberia, France and Italy. The move strengthens the company’s local leadership and supports its 2026 strategy to grow in key smart home and building automation markets.
UK & Ireland
Stamen Tasev has been appointed General Manager for the UK & Ireland. With more than six years at Shelly, he will lead the development of a local structure, including the establishment of a UK-based company and team in Manchester. His focus will be expanding the partner ecosystem and strengthening Shelly’s presence in residential and commercial automation.
Iberia
Ivan Mihaylov becomes General Manager for Iberia, covering Spain and Portugal. He will focus on accelerating market penetration, expanding the partner network and increasing brand visibility across the Iberian Peninsula.
France and Italy
Christopher Lebée will lead the French market with a focus on B2B growth, system integrators and the photovoltaic sector. In Italy, Giuseppe Solito will drive a multi-channel strategy strengthening physical retail presence while expanding online distribution.
By strengthening local leadership, Shelly reinforces its strategy of combining global expertise with strong regional presence to meet growing demand for reliable and energy-efficient automation solutions across Europe.
