- You’ll need a Shelly account to activate it — if you ever need help, our support team is available at support@shelly.cloud.
- The voucher is not reusable or transferable once redeemed and doesn’t renew automatically — after 12 months, you decide whether to continue.
- It’s also non-refundable and has no cash or exchange value once activated.
