Shelly, one of the fastest-growing providers of modern smart home solutions, will present a comprehensive portfolio of new products, enhancements, and forward-looking technologies at Light + Building 2026. The focus of the trade fair appearance is on smart solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing installations, opening up new smart automation possibilities for both private users and professional installers.
New Products & Trade Fair Highlights
This year’s exhibition centers on the consistent further development and expansion of proven Shelly product lines – delivering greater flexibility, comfort, and safety in the smart home. Shelly will showcase new versions of its popular smart plugs, enabling even higher-powered devices to be easily and reliably automated. Shelly Plug M Gen3 controls and automates electrical devices up to 13 A. In addition, two versions of Shelly Plug C Gen4 will be presented, replacing the classic device plug while measuring real-time power consumption and providing transparent energy monitoring.
For the first time at Light + Building, Shelly will also introduce additional fourth-generation devices, including Shelly Pro 1PM 40A Gen4 – the first Pro device of the fourth generation, combining the advantages of Gen4 with the proven features of the Pro series.
In the field of smart lighting, Shelly continues to innovate. The exhibition will feature Shelly Duo Bulb E27 Gen3 and Shelly Multicolor Bulb E27 Gen3, available in white and RGBW versions and equipped with the latest Gen3 features. These new bulbs combine high lighting quality with flexible control, enabling customized lighting moods in the connected home.
Safety is also a key focus. The compact Shelly Flood S Gen4 impresses with large stainless-steel sensors that quickly and reliably detect water leaks. Its slim design allows for targeted monitoring, even in hard-to-reach areas. Users can choose from three alarm profiles, balancing fast response times with long battery life.
With the new version of the LOQED Touch Smart Lock, home access becomes even smarter. The fully keyless door lock, perfect for modern homes due to its minimalist design, now unlocks and locks in just two seconds. Access via smartphone, PIN, or Touch-to-Open enabled by geofencing and automatic Bluetooth unlocking, combined by the full integration into the Shelly app enable remote control, real-time monitoring, and flexible assignment of digital keys – including time-limited access or guest access via link. Integration with systems such as Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa ensures that the smart lock fits perfectly into the connected home, combining maximum security, contemporary design, and enhanced convenience.
Smart Circuit Breakers for Maximum Smart Home Safety
To ensure reliable protection of electrical installations, Shelly introduces a new range of smart miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). The Pro CBs, which are specifically designed for larger systems such as complex heating installations and professional setups, and the Smart MCBs, which are built to meet the highest requirements for residential and professional single-circuit installations.
Both products are installed directly on the distribution board and enhance electrical safety through intelligent control, measurement, and notification functions. The Pro CB is available in 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-pole versions and supports seamless networking via LAN and Wi-Fi. Designed for professional-grade monitoring and control, it features precise voltage measurement for real-time electrical insights, remote on/off control for instant management from anywhere, and comprehensive audit and activity logging to ensure full traceability and operational transparency.
The Smart MCBs support communication via Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Z-Wave. They combine the protection of a standard MCB with bi-directional energy metering, instant notifications in the event of a trip, and in emergencies, power can be remotely shut off in a targeted manner. Together, they establish a new level of safety for private and commercial smart home applications.
“Powered by Shelly” – A Growing Ecosystem
In addition to its own devices, Shelly will present a broad range of partner products expanding the “Powered by Shelly” ecosystem. All devices feature the Shelly X chip and provide full access to the Shelly platform’s capabilities. They integrate easily into the Shelly Smart Control app, enable powerful automations, and offer broad system compatibility – without additional gateways.
Trade fair highlights include smart lighting solutions such as the HiluX LED Driver and the HiluX DS8, a recessed LED spotlight combining high-quality lighting design with modern smart home technology. For retrofitting existing roller shutters, blinds, or awnings, Shelly showcases the compact Yihao YH0002-A chain drive, which motorizes manual systems and makes them conveniently automatable – ideal for renovations without structural modifications. The RAEX Curtain System, a motorized curtain rail with integrated Shelly technology, also offers flexible adjustment to various window widths via a telescopic rod and seamless integration into automation scenarios.
Established solutions are also part of the exhibition program, including the multi-sensor Ecowitt WS90 outdoor weather station and the NSF-certified Neo Smart Water Valve for drinking water systems.
