The LOQED Touch Smart Lock connects to your home network via Wi-Fi and then communicates directly with the Shelly app. This enables remote access, status queries and management of access rights. For instant door opening, the Smart Lock also uses a local Bluetooth connection: as you approach, the lock recognizes your smartphone. Touch the button and the system unlocks – no need to open the app. Power is supplied by internal batteries; the app prompts you when charging is due.
Forgot despite the app reminder? You will not be locked out. In an emergency, hold a 9-V battery to the contact pins for about 30 seconds: the display reactivates and you can open the door by code or smartphone (keep the battery on the pins throughout).
Important: you first add and manage LOQED in the LOQED app. As a second step, add it as an integration in the Shelly app to use it in smart automations.
