Setup

Three steps, then it starts finding things.

Plug it in

Power adapter and Ethernet cable are both in the box, and Home Assistant Operating System is already installed. There is no card to flash, no case to open and no command line to learn.

Open the app

The mobile and web apps walk you through the first setup one step at a time, and hand you a dashboard at the end of it.

Watch it find your home

The hub starts detecting the smart devices already on your network and offers to add them, one by one.

An internet connection is only needed for the very first setup. After that the hub runs on its own, on your network.

Compatibility

It already speaks what your devices speak.

Wi‑Fi and Gigabit Ethernet are on board. Plug a USB radio into the back and the hub also talks to the low-power protocols, so devices that were never meant to work together finally do.
