Shelly Group is accelerating its international expansion with the launch of a new subsidiary in Poland—one of Europe’s fastest-growing smart home markets. This strategic move supports Shelly’s broader growth vision and aims to establish a strong local presence in a country where demand for intelligent automation is rising rapidly.
To lead the new operations, Shelly has appointed Adam Krużyński as Country Manager for Poland. With over two decades of leadership in the smart home industry, Krużyński brings deep market insight, international expertise, and a robust network of industry contacts.
“Poland is a priority market within our geographic expansion plans,” said Wolfgang Kirsch, Co-CEO of Shelly Group. “With Adam Krużyński at the helm, we’re positioned to scale quickly and unlock the country’s full potential. We expect to see strong sales and earnings contributions starting in 2026.”
As Country Manager, Krużyński will oversee the rollout of Shelly’s full product portfolio and lead the expansion of the Z-Wave product line, a key technology supporting the global connected home ecosystem.
“Shelly has a strong, forward-looking product range that aligns perfectly with the needs of modern households and smart buildings,” Krużyński stated. “My goal is to establish Shelly as a leading brand in Poland, build strong sales partnerships, and drive the next phase of our technology adoption.”
The move reinforces Shelly Group’s mission to empower consumers and businesses with smart, sustainable, and energy-efficient IoT solutions. Already present in over 130 countries, Shelly continues to expand its global footprint through targeted investments and expert leadership.
