Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
"Shelly Black Friday VIP"
I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional activities within the campaign “Shelly Black Friday VIP“ (“the Campaign”)
By making use of any of the promotions within the campaign “Shelly Black Friday VIP“, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are entirely at the Organizer’s discretion and are final and binding in all matters relating to the Campaign. By making use of any of the promotions within the Campaign You acknowledge that You have read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions and that You will comply with them and all applicable laws.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions, and changes will take effect once posted on https://www.shelly.com/.
These Terms and Conditions of the Campaign does not limit any statutory rights and obligations of the user or any such provided under the General Terms and Conditions on the online store at the following address https://www.shelly.com/pages/terms.
1. Campaign: “Shelly Black Friday VIP“
The Campaign includes any promotional activity provided within the Campaign Period in reference to products or services offered by Shelly Europe Ltd. via the online store https://www.shelly.com, referred to herein after as the “Promotion”.
Subject to the Campaign are only products and services offered by Shelly Europe Ltd. The Campaign and any Promotions therein shall not apply to any products or services offered via the online store by third parties.

The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended upon statement by the Organizer published on https://www.shelly.com/.
5. Territory
Unless otherwise determined for specific Promotion, the Campaign will take place worldwide. Different Promotions might be offered across different countries.
The Organizer reserves the right to restrict or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at its sole discretion or if required by law in a particular country, including restricting the Campaign to specific regions.
6. Promotions:
Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions as described here below. The Campaign includes the Promotions as listed below, whereas the Organizer is entitled to terminate some of the Promotions or to add new ones within the Campaign Period.
The Campaign “Shelly Black Friday VIP” is available exclusively to customers who have registered into the Shelly VIP List (“VIP Customer”). Only those customers are eligible to access the Campaign’s promotional offers.
Each VIP Customer will receive a personal email sent to the address used for their VIP List registration, containing a unique dedicated link leading to a special webpage on www.shelly.com
To access and benefit from any of the special offers described within these Terms and Conditions, the VIP Customer must use the dedicated link and coupon code provided via email. The dedicated link and coupon code are exclusive to each VIP Customer and must not be shared, transferred, or made public. Shelly Europe Ltd. reserves the right to invalidate them in case of suspected misuse, including unauthorized sharing or fraudulent access.
The dedicated coupon code allows the VIP Customer to use the following benefits when placing their promotional order:
Free Shipping to EU countries outside of Bulgaria, Germany and Italy (listed in 6.2.2.)
Free Protection Plus (detailed in 6.3.)
6.1. Discounts:
The Campaign offers a discount of up to 60% on selected products. Discounts will be visible as strikethrough prices next to the product in the online store.
The Discount does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, tax and custom duties. Discounts on bundled products apply exclusively to the bundle as advertised
All discounts are available until stocks last. Shelly Europe Ltd. does not guarantee product availability during the entire Campaign period.
In case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid.
6.2. Free Shipping
6.2.1. Free shipping shall apply automatically at checkout for orders within the eligible delivery areas as specified below, provided the following minimum order values are met:
For orders delivered to Bulgaria: orders above 100 BGN/51,13 EUR
For orders delivered to Germany or Italy: orders above 79 EUR
6.2.2. Free shipping shall apply upon the entry of the VIP Coupon code at checkout for orders within the eligible delivery areas as specified below, provided the following minimum order values are met:
For orders delivered to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom: orders above 150 EUR/150 GBP
6.3. Free Protection Plus
The “Protection Plus” extended device warranty will be discounted at 100% upon the entry of the VIP Coupon code at checkout. The Protection Plus option needs to be manually added to the cart by the customer. Protection Plus is only available for certain devices and can be selected on their respective product pages, next to the Add to Cart button.
6.4. Gift Product ("Free gift with purchase"):
All orders at minimum value of €300/£300/586.75BGN (after all discounts, excluding shipping fees and including VAT, where applicable) are entitled to receive a gift product - Shelly Plug S Gen3 or Shelly Plus Plug UK (“Gift Product”). The free Gift Product will be added to the cart at zero cost. One purchase order is entitled to one Gift Product only. The Gift Product Promotion applies to purchase orders at minimum value and does not include any element of chance. If the order is partially or fully refunded and ceases to meet the minimum value requirement for a Gift Product under the terms and conditions of the Promotion the user shall return the Gift Product as well. If the user chooses to keep it, the Organizer is entitled to charge the user the full regular price of the Gift Product as shown in the online shop at the time of purchase. The Gift Product is provided free of charge but it is not free of delivery and any associated costs. All delivery costs and terms shall apply as per the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop.
The Gift Product Promotion shall apply until stock of the Gift Products lasts. The Organizer does not guarantee that all Gift Products will be available for the duration of the Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right but is not obliged to update the list of gift devices at any time, including by adding or removing Gift Product. The Organizer is not liable for any damages or compensation in any form if at the time of purchasing some or all of the Gift Product are not available.
The Gift Product promotion is not available for orders with a delivery address in Australia or New Zealand.
6.5. Cashback
All orders that reach a minimum value of €1000/£1000/1955.83BGN (after all discounts are calculated in the cart, excluding shipping fees and including VAT, where applicable) will qualify for a €50/£50/97.79BGN cashback voucher (“the Voucher” / “the Cashback Voucher”) for shopping in the online store https://www.shelly.com. The Voucher provides a one-time coupon code for purchase of products at the amount of €50/£50/97.79BGN.
The Voucher is issued up to 40 calendar days after the end of the Campaign. If the order is partially or fully refunded and ceases to meet the minimum value requirement of €1000/£1000/1955.83BGN the user will not be entitled to receive a Cashback Voucher. The Voucher will be sent to the email address associated with the qualifying order.
The Voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and can be used as per the terms specified therein. Minimum Order Value for the purpose of this Campaign is the value of the products after discount and including VAT (where applicable) — i.e., with VAT for orders within the EU and without VAT for orders outside the EU. Customs duties and other non-shipping fees are not covered.
The Cashback promotion is not available for orders with a delivery address in Australia or New Zealand.
6.6. Right to Participate in a Promotional Prize Draw upon Placing an Order
Eligibility for the Promotional Prize Draw
To be eligible to participate in the Promotional Prize Draw, the participant must:
Be a registered member of the Shelly VIP List;
Place at least one valid order during the Campaign Period, using the same email address as the one used for the registration in the VIP List;
and
Not cancel or fully refund the qualifying order within forty (40) calendar days after the end of the Campaign.
In the event that an order is cancelled or refunded within this period, the participant’s eligibility for the Promotional Prize Draw will be revoked, and the Organizer shall have no obligation to include such participant in the draw or to provide any prize.
By fulfilling the abovementioned requirements, you will be automatically entered into a Promotional Prize Draw for a chance to win one of the prizes listed below:
Shelly Smart Control app – Free 1-Year Premium Access: 200 prizes will be awarded.
Shelly Smart Control app – Free 3-Year Premium Access: 100 prizes will be awarded.
Shelly Mystery Box – 50 boxes will be awarded: Each box contains a surprise selection of Shelly product(s), which may include unreleased or exclusive Shelly items.
The Shelly Smart Control App – Free Premium Access prizes will be provided to the winners in the form of a unique code, which will grant access to the corresponding subscription period.
6.6.1. Selection and Announcement of Winners
The Prize Draw will take place on January 11, 2026. The winners will be selected through a random draw, with outcomes determined entirely by chance. The draw will be conducted using the third-party tool Commentpicker.com or similar, which randomly selects winners from eligible participants. By participating, the participants acknowledge and agree to the use of this or similar tool for winner selection. For more information on how Commentpicker.com handles data, please refer to their Privacy Policy.
Each winner will be contacted via email within three (3) working days from the date of the draw at the e-mail with which he/she was subscribed to the VIP List and placed an order. Free Premium Access Code is provided via the same email address.
Shelly Mystery Box are provided by delivery to a postal address, specified by the winner. All deliveries are free of charge for the winner.
Therefore, winners of Shelly Mystery Boxes will be required to confirm their acceptance and provide the following information within seven (7) calendar days from the date of contact:
Full name;
Valid delivery address;
Contact phone number;
Failure to respond within the specified time frame or to provide accurate delivery details will result in disqualification, and the Organizer shall have no obligation to reselect a replacement winner or provide compensation.
Each participant may win only once during the Promotional Prize Draw. The Organizer is not responsible if a winning participant fails to exercise his/her right to receive the reward, in accordance with the rules and procedure, set out in these terms and conditions.
The Organizer is entitled to reject to provide a reward to a participant that was not eligible to participate or whose participation in the Promotional Prize Draw is in non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Prize Draw or the applicable laws as well as in case of alleged fraudulent actions on the part of the participant.
II. GENERAL RULES
None of the Promotions within the Campaign can be combined with any other discount offers, vouchers, codes, or coupons. Delivery terms for orders placed during the Campaign may exceed standard delivery timeframes. Shelly Europe Ltd. is not responsible for any delays.
None of the promotional benefits can be sold, transferred or exchanged for their monetary value or other products or services nor are subject to any negotiation.
Shelly Europe Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, or to extend, shorten, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes shall take effect upon publication on www.shelly.com.
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or any Promotion thereof at any time for any reason, in its discretion, including without limitation in the event of fraud, abuse, tampering, technical, administrative, financial, or other difficulties. In such cases, the Organizer will post a notice at https://www.shelly.com/
No compensation in any form and/ or amount shall be owed to the users for termination or suspension of the Campaign or any Promotion thereof irrespectively of the reasons for that termination or suspension.
The Organizer may refuse to apply any promotional terms and to provide any promotional benefits (discount, free products or services) if: (i) the requirements under these Terms and Conditions or the applicable law are not met, (ii) ordered by a competent government body or (iii) a fraud is alleged. The Organizer’s decision in any such cases is final.
The Users release the Organizer from liability for any damages, losses, or costs arising from: (a) participation in the Campaign; (b) violations of these Terms and Conditions, the online shop’s General Terms Conditions or Privacy Policy; (c) technical malfunctions or transmission issues; (d) internet traffic or website access delays; (e) errors in Campaign materials or any technical or human error.
The Organizer disclaims liability for lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Campaign.
III. PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of the Campaign, including for its management, marketing and provision of promotional benefits, the processing of personal data is necessary.
The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organizer’s online store, which is available at the following address https://www.shelly.com/pages/privacy-policy.
IV. GOVERNING LAW
All disputes arising out of the implementation of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by mutual negotiation. In event of failure to reach a mutual agreement by negotiation, for users (natural persons), who are EU citizens or have habitual residence in EU, you additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring a claim to enforce your rights at the court in the EU country in which you live or to enforce your consumer protection right via Online Dispute Resolution, available at ec.europa.eu. For Service Users that are legal entities and therefor are not subject to mandatory provisions of the consumer or data law of the country of their residence, Bulgarian Law and Bulgarian jurisdiction shall apply.
V. MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such part will be modified by such court to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving to the maximum extent possible the original intent of and the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Durch die Nutzung einer der Werbeaktionen im Rahmen der Kampagne bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelesen und verstanden haben, ihnen zustimmen und dass Sie diese sowie alle geltenden Gesetze einhalten werden.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu ändern oder zu ergänzen. Änderungen treten mit ihrer Veröffentlichung auf https://www.shelly.com/ in Kraft.

Die Kampagne umfasst alle Werbeaktivitäten, die innerhalb des Kampagnenzeitraums in Bezug auf Produkte oder Dienstleistungen angeboten werden, die von Shelly Europe Ltd. über den Online-Shop https://www.shelly.com angeboten werden, im Folgenden als „Werbeaktion“ bezeichnet.
Gegenstand der Kampagne sind ausschließlich Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die von Shelly Europe Ltd. angeboten werden. Die Kampagne und alle darin enthaltenen Werbeaktionen gelten nicht für Produkte oder Dienstleistungen, die über den Online-Shop von Dritten angeboten werden.

5. Gebiet
Sofern für bestimmte Werbeaktionen nichts anderes festgelegt ist, findet die Kampagne weltweit statt. In verschiedenen Ländern können unterschiedliche Werbeaktionen angeboten werden.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, die Teilnahmebedingungen der Kampagne nach eigenem Ermessen oder aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen in einem bestimmten Land einzuschränken oder zu ändern, einschließlich der Beschränkung der Kampagne auf bestimmte Regionen.
6. Werbeaktionen:
Jede Werbeaktion unterliegt den unten aufgeführten besonderen Bedingungen. Die Kampagne umfasst die unten aufgeführten Werbeaktionen, wobei der Veranstalter berechtigt ist, einige der Werbeaktionen innerhalb des Kampagnenzeitraums zu beenden oder neue hinzuzufügen.
Die Kampagne „Shelly Black Friday VIP” steht ausschließlich Kunden zur Verfügung, die sich in die Shelly VIP-Liste eingetragen haben („VIP-Kunden”). Nur diese Kunden sind berechtigt, die Werbeangebote der Kampagne in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Jeder VIP-Kunde erhält eine persönliche E-Mail an die für die Registrierung in der VIP-Liste verwendete Adresse, die einen einzigartigen Link zu einer speziellen Webseite auf www.shelly.com enthält.
Um auf die in diesen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen beschriebenen Sonderangebote zugreifen und diese nutzen zu können, muss der VIP-Kunde den speziellen Link und den Gutscheincode verwenden, die ihm per E-Mail zugesandt wurden. Der spezielle Link und der Gutscheincode sind exklusiv für jeden VIP-Kunden bestimmt und dürfen nicht weitergegeben, übertragen oder veröffentlicht werden. Shelly Europe Ltd. behält sich das Recht vor, sie im Falle eines vermuteten Missbrauchs, einschließlich unbefugter Weitergabe oder betrügerischem Zugriff, für ungültig zu erklären.
Mit dem speziellen Gutscheincode kann der VIP-Kunde bei seiner Werbeaktion folgende Vorteile nutzen:
Kostenloser Versand in EU-Länder außerhalb Bulgariens, Deutschlands und Italiens (aufgeführt in 6.2.2.)
Kostenloser Schutz Plus (ausführlich beschrieben in 6.3.)
6.1. Rabatte:
Die Kampagne bietet einen Rabatt von bis zu 60 % auf ausgewählte Produkte. Die Rabatte werden als durchgestrichene Preise neben dem Produkt im Online-Shop angezeigt.
Der Rabatt gilt nicht für Lieferkosten, einschließlich Versandkosten, Steuern und Zölle. Rabatte auf Produktpakete gelten ausschließlich für das beworbene Paket.
Alle Rabatte gelten solange der Vorrat reicht. Shelly Europe Ltd. garantiert nicht die Verfügbarkeit der Produkte während des gesamten Aktionszeitraums.
Im Falle einer Stornierung oder Rückgabe der Bestellung erfolgt die Rückerstattung auf Basis des bezahlten Rabattpreises.
6.2. Kostenloser Versand
6.2.1. Der kostenlose Versand gilt automatisch an der Kasse für Bestellungen innerhalb der unten angegebenen Liefergebiete, sofern die folgenden Mindestbestellwerte erreicht werden:
Für Bestellungen mit Lieferort Bulgarien: Bestellungen über 100 BGN/51,13 EUR
Für Bestellungen nach Deutschland oder Italien: Bestellungen über 79 EUR
6.2.2. Der kostenlose Versand gilt bei Eingabe des VIP-Gutscheincodes an der Kasse für Bestellungen innerhalb der unten angegebenen Liefergebiete, sofern die folgenden Mindestbestellwerte erreicht werden:

6.3. Kostenloser Schutz Plus
Die erweiterte Gerätegarantie „Protection Plus“ wird bei Eingabe des VIP-Gutscheincodes an der Kasse zu 100 % rabattiert. Die Option „Protection Plus“ muss vom Kunden manuell in den Warenkorb gelegt werden. Protection Plus ist nur für bestimmte Geräte verfügbar und kann auf den jeweiligen Produktseiten neben der Schaltfläche „In den Warenkorb“ ausgewählt werden.
6.4. Geschenkprodukt („Kostenloses Geschenk beim Kauf”):
Alle Bestellungen mit einem Mindestwert von 300 €/300 £/586,75 BGN (nach allen Rabatten, ohne Versandkosten und inklusive Mehrwertsteuer, falls zutreffend) berechtigen zum Erhalt eines Geschenkprodukts – Shelly Plug S Gen3 oder Shelly Plus Plug UK („Geschenkprodukt“). Das kostenlose Geschenkprodukt wird dem Warenkorb ohne Kosten hinzugefügt. Pro Bestellung ist nur ein Geschenkprodukt erhältlich. Die Geschenkproduktaktion gilt für Bestellungen mit einem Mindestwert und beinhaltet kein Zufallselement. Wenn die Bestellung teilweise oder vollständig erstattet wird und die Mindestwertanforderung für ein Geschenkprodukt gemäß den Bedingungen der Aktion nicht mehr erfüllt ist, muss der Nutzer das Geschenkprodukt ebenfalls zurückgeben. Wenn der Nutzer es behalten möchte, ist der Veranstalter berechtigt, dem Nutzer den vollen regulären Preis des Geschenkprodukts in Rechnung zu stellen, der zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs im Online-Shop angegeben war. Das Geschenkprodukt wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, jedoch fallen Versandkosten und damit verbundene Kosten an. Es gelten die Versandkosten und -bedingungen gemäß den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen des Online-Shops.
Die Geschenkproduktaktion gilt, solange der Vorrat an Geschenkprodukten reicht. Der Veranstalter garantiert nicht, dass alle Geschenkprodukte während der gesamten Dauer der Aktion verfügbar sind. Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, ist jedoch nicht verpflichtet, die Liste der Geschenkprodukte jederzeit zu aktualisieren, einschließlich des Hinzufügens oder Entfernens von Geschenkprodukten. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Schäden oder Entschädigungen in irgendeiner Form, wenn zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs einige oder alle Geschenkprodukte nicht verfügbar sind.
Die Geschenkprodukt-Aktion ist für Bestellungen mit Lieferadresse in Australien oder Neuseeland nicht verfügbar.
6.5. Cashback
Alle Bestellungen mit einem Mindestwert von 1000 € / 1000 £ / 1955,83 BGN (nach Abzug aller Rabatte im Warenkorb, ohne Versandkosten und inklusive Mehrwertsteuer, sofern zutreffend) berechtigen zu einem Cashback-Gutschein im Wert von 50 € / 50 £ / 97,79 BGN („der Gutschein“ / „Cashback-Gutschein”) für Einkäufe im Online-Shop https://www.shelly.com. Der Gutschein enthält einen einmalig einlösbaren Gutscheincode für den Kauf von Produkten im Wert von 50 € / 50 £ / 97,79 BGN.
Der Gutschein wird bis zu 40 Kalendertage nach Ende der Kampagne ausgestellt. Wenn die Bestellung teilweise oder vollständig erstattet wird und die Mindestwertanforderung von 1000 € / 1000 £ / 1955,83 BGN nicht mehr erfüllt ist, hat der Benutzer keinen Anspruch auf einen Cashback-Gutschein. Der Gutschein wird an die E-Mail-Adresse gesendet, die mit der qualifizierten Bestellung verknüpft ist.
Der Gutschein ist ab dem Ausstellungsdatum 3 Monate lang gültig und kann gemäß den darin angegebenen Bedingungen verwendet werden. Der Mindestbestellwert für diese Aktion ist der Wert der Produkte nach Abzug des Rabatts und einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer (sofern zutreffend) – d. h. mit Mehrwertsteuer für Bestellungen innerhalb der EU und ohne Mehrwertsteuer für Bestellungen außerhalb der EU. Zölle und andere Nicht-Versandkosten sind nicht enthalten.
Die Cashback-Aktion ist für Bestellungen mit Lieferadresse in Australien oder Neuseeland nicht verfügbar.
6.6. Recht zur Teilnahme an einer Werbe-Gewinnspielziehung bei Aufgabe einer Bestellung
Teilnahmeberechtigung für die Werbegeschenkverlosung
Um an der Werbeverlosung teilnehmen zu können, muss der Teilnehmer:

Den Nutzern steht unabhängig von den Gründen für die Beendigung oder Aussetzung der Kampagne oder einer Werbeaktion keine Entschädigung in irgendeiner Form und/oder Höhe zu.
Der Veranstalter kann die Anwendung von Aktionsbedingungen und die Gewährung von Aktionsvorteilen (Rabatte, kostenlose Produkte oder Dienstleistungen) verweigern, wenn: (i) die Anforderungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen oder des geltenden Rechts nicht erfüllt sind, (ii) dies von einer zuständigen Behörde angeordnet wird oder (iii) ein Betrugsverdacht besteht. IV. ANWENDBARES RECHT
Alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus der Umsetzung dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen ergeben, werden durch gegenseitige Verhandlungen beigelegt. Kann keine einvernehmliche Einigung erzielt werden, genießen Nutzer (natürliche Personen), die EU-Bürger sind oder ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in der EU haben, zusätzlich den Schutz, der ihnen durch zwingende Bestimmungen des Rechts ihres Wohnsitzlandes gewährt wird, und können ihre Rechte vor dem Gericht des EU-Landes, in dem sie leben, geltend machen oder ihr Verbraucherschutzrecht über die Online-Streitbeilegung unter ec.europa.eu durchsetzen. V. SONSTIGES
Sollte ein Teil dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von einem zuständigen Gericht für ungültig, rechtswidrig oder anderweitig nicht durchsetzbar befunden werden, wird dieser Teil von diesem Gericht im geringstmöglichen Umfang geändert, um ihn durchsetzbar zu machen, wobei die ursprüngliche Absicht und die übrigen Teile dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen so weit wie möglich erhalten bleiben und in vollem Umfang in Kraft bleiben.

La campagne comprend toute activité promotionnelle proposée pendant la période de la campagne en référence aux produits ou services proposés par Shelly Europe Ltd. via la boutique en ligne https://www.shelly.com, ci-après dénommée « la promotion ».
Seuls les produits et services proposés par Shelly Europe Ltd. sont concernés par la campagne. La campagne et les promotions qui y sont associées ne s'appliquent pas aux produits ou services proposés via la boutique en ligne par des tiers.

Sauf indication contraire pour une promotion spécifique, la campagne se déroulera dans le monde entier. Différentes promotions peuvent être proposées dans différents pays.
L'Organisateur se réserve le droit de restreindre ou de modifier les Conditions générales de la Campagne à sa seule discrétion ou si la loi d'un pays particulier l'exige, y compris de restreindre la Campagne à des régions spécifiques.
6. Promotions :
Chaque promotion est soumise aux conditions générales spécifiques décrites ci-dessous. La campagne comprend les promotions énumérées ci-dessous, l'organisateur étant en droit de mettre fin à certaines promotions ou d'en ajouter de nouvelles pendant la période de la campagne.
La campagne « Shelly Black Friday VIP » est réservée exclusivement aux clients inscrits sur la liste VIP de Shelly (« clients VIP »). Seuls ces clients peuvent bénéficier des offres promotionnelles de la campagne.
Chaque client VIP recevra un e-mail personnel envoyé à l'adresse utilisée pour son inscription à la liste VIP, contenant un lien unique dédié menant à une page web spéciale sur www.shelly.com
Pour accéder et bénéficier de l'une des offres spéciales décrites dans les présentes conditions générales, le client VIP doit utiliser le lien dédié et le code promo fournis par e-mail. Le lien dédié et le code promo sont exclusifs à chaque client VIP et ne doivent pas être partagés, transférés ou rendus publics. Shelly Europe Ltd. se réserve le droit de les invalider en cas de suspicion d'utilisation abusive, y compris le partage non autorisé ou l'accès frauduleux.
Le code promo dédié permet au client VIP de bénéficier des avantages suivants lors de sa commande promotionnelle :
- Livraison gratuite vers les pays de l'UE hors Bulgarie, Allemagne et Italie (énumérés au point 6.2.2.)
- Protection Plus gratuite (détaillée au point 6.3.)
6.1. Réductions :
La campagne offre une remise pouvant aller jusqu'à 60 % sur certains produits. Les remises seront indiquées sous forme de prix barrés à côté du produit dans la boutique en ligne.
La remise ne s'applique pas aux frais de livraison, y compris les frais d'expédition, les taxes et les droits de douane. Les remises sur les produits groupés s'appliquent exclusivement au lot tel qu'il est annoncé
Toutes les réductions sont valables jusqu'à épuisement des stocks. Shelly Europe Ltd. ne garantit pas la disponibilité des produits pendant toute la durée de la campagne.
En cas d'annulation ou de retour de commande, les remboursements seront effectués sur la base du prix réduit payé.
6.2. Livraison gratuite
6.2.1. La livraison gratuite s'applique automatiquement lors du paiement pour les commandes passées dans les zones de livraison éligibles spécifiées ci-dessous, à condition que les montants minimums de commande suivants soient respectés :

6.2.2. La livraison gratuite s'applique lors de la saisie du code VIP Coupon lors du paiement pour les commandes dans les zones de livraison éligibles spécifiées ci-dessous, à condition que les montants minimums de commande suivants soient respectés :

6.3. Protection Plus gratuite
La garantie prolongée « Protection Plus » pour les appareils sera réduite de 100 % lors de la saisie du code promo VIP lors du paiement. L'option Protection Plus doit être ajoutée manuellement au panier par le client. Protection Plus n'est disponible que pour certains appareils et peut être sélectionnée sur leurs pages produits respectives, à côté du bouton « Ajouter au panier ».
6.4. Produit cadeau (« Cadeau gratuit à l'achat ») :
Toutes les commandes d'une valeur minimale de 300 € / 300 £ / 586,75 BGN (après toutes les réductions, hors frais d'expédition et TVA comprise, le cas échéant) donnent droit à un produit cadeau - Shelly Plug S Gen3 ou Shelly Plus Plug UK (« produit cadeau »). Le produit offert sera ajouté au panier sans frais supplémentaires. Une seule commande donne droit à un seul produit offert. La promotion sur le produit offert s'applique aux commandes d'une valeur minimale et ne comporte aucun élément aléatoire. Si la commande est partiellement ou totalement remboursée et ne répond plus à l'exigence de valeur minimale pour bénéficier d'un produit cadeau selon les conditions générales de la promotion, l'utilisateur doit également retourner le produit cadeau. Si l'utilisateur choisit de le conserver, l'organisateur est en droit de lui facturer le prix normal complet du produit cadeau tel qu'indiqué dans la boutique en ligne au moment de l'achat. Le produit offert est fourni gratuitement, mais les frais de livraison et tous les frais associés sont à la charge de l'utilisateur. Tous les frais et conditions de livraison s'appliquent conformément aux conditions générales de la boutique en ligne.
La promotion du produit offert s'applique jusqu'à épuisement du stock des produits offerts. L'Organisateur ne garantit pas que tous les produits offerts seront disponibles pendant toute la durée de la Campagne. L'Organisateur se réserve le droit, sans y être obligé, de mettre à jour la liste des appareils offerts à tout moment, notamment en ajoutant ou en supprimant des produits offerts. L'Organisateur n'est pas responsable des dommages ou indemnités sous quelque forme que ce soit si, au moment de l'achat, tout ou partie des produits offerts ne sont pas disponibles.
La promotion du Produit Cadeau n’est pas disponible pour les commandes dont l’adresse de livraison se situe en Australie ou en Nouvelle-Zélande.
6.5. Remboursement
Toutes les commandes d'une valeur minimale de 1 000 € / 1 000 £ / 1 955,83 BGN (après calcul de toutes les remises dans le panier, hors frais d'expédition et TVA comprise, le cas échéant) donneront droit à un bon de remise de 50 € / 50 £ / 97,79 BGN (le « Bon » / « le bon de remise ») à valoir sur la boutique en ligne https://www.shelly.com. Le bon d'achat fournit un code promo unique pour l'achat de produits d'une valeur de 50 € / 50 £ / 97,79 BGN.
Le bon est émis dans les 40 jours calendaires suivant la fin de la campagne. Si la commande est partiellement ou totalement remboursée et ne répond plus à l'exigence de valeur minimale de 1 000 € / 1 000 £ / 1 955,83 BGN, l'utilisateur n'aura pas droit à un bon de réduction. Le bon sera envoyé à l'adresse e-mail associée à la commande éligible.
Le bon sera valable pendant 3 mois à compter de la date d'émission et pourra être utilisé conformément aux conditions qui y sont spécifiées. La valeur minimale de la commande aux fins de cette campagne correspond à la valeur des produits après remise et TVA comprise (le cas échéant), c'est-à-dire avec TVA pour les commandes au sein de l'UE et sans TVA pour les commandes en dehors de l'UE. Les droits de douane et autres frais non liés à l'expédition ne sont pas couverts.
La promotion Cashback n’est pas disponible pour les commandes dont l’adresse de livraison se situe en Australie ou en Nouvelle-Zélande.
6.6. Droit de participer à un tirage au sort promotionnel lors de la passation d'une commande
Admissibilité au tirage au sort promotionnel
Pour être admissible à participer au tirage au sort promotionnel, le participant doit :
- Être membre inscrit à la liste VIP Shelly ;
- Passer au moins une commande valide pendant la période de la campagne, en utilisant la même adresse e-mail que celle utilisée pour l'inscription à la liste VIP ;
et - Ne pas annuler ou rembourser intégralement la commande éligible dans les quarante (40) jours calendaires suivant la fin de la campagne.
Si une commande est annulée ou remboursée pendant cette période, l'admissibilité du participant au tirage au sort promotionnel sera révoquée et l'organisateur n'aura aucune obligation d'inclure ce participant dans le tirage au sort ou de lui remettre un prix.
En remplissant les conditions susmentionnées, vous serez automatiquement inscrit au tirage au sort promotionnel pour avoir une chance de gagner l'un des prix suivants :

Le tirage au sort sera effectué à l'aide de l'outil tiers Commentpicker.com ou similaire, qui sélectionne au hasard les gagnants parmi les participants éligibles. En participant, les participants reconnaissent et acceptent l'utilisation de cet outil ou d'un outil similaire pour la sélection des gagnants. Chaque gagnant sera contacté par e-mail dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables suivant la date du tirage au sort à l'adresse e-mail avec laquelle il s'est inscrit à la liste VIP et a passé une commande. Le code d'accès Premium gratuit sera envoyé à cette même adresse e-mail.
Les boîtes mystères Shelly sont livrées à l'adresse postale indiquée par le gagnant. Toutes les livraisons sont gratuites pour le gagnant.
Par conséquent, les gagnants des Shelly Mystery Boxes devront confirmer leur acceptation et fournir les informations suivantes dans les sept (7) jours calendaires suivant la date de contact :

Aucun des avantages promotionnels ne peut être vendu, transféré ou échangé contre leur valeur monétaire ou d'autres produits ou services, ni faire l'objet d'une négociation.
Shelly Europe Ltd. se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes conditions générales, ou de prolonger, raccourcir ou mettre fin à la campagne à sa seule discrétion et sans préavis. Toute modification de ce type prendra effet dès sa publication sur www.shelly.com.
L'Organisateur se réserve le droit de suspendre, modifier ou mettre fin à la Campagne ou à toute Promotion de celle-ci à tout moment, pour quelque raison que ce soit, à sa seule discrétion, y compris, sans limitation, en cas de fraude, d'abus, de falsification, de difficultés techniques, administratives, financières ou autres. Dans de tels cas, l'Organisateur publiera un avis sur https://www.shelly.com/
Aucune compensation, sous quelque forme et/ou montant que ce soit, ne sera due aux utilisateurs pour la résiliation ou la suspension de la Campagne ou de toute Promotion de celle-ci, quelles que soient les raisons de cette résiliation ou suspension.
L'Organisateur peut refuser d'appliquer les conditions promotionnelles et d'offrir les avantages promotionnels (remises, produits ou services gratuits) si : (i) les conditions prévues dans les présentes Conditions générales ou la loi applicable ne sont pas remplies, (ii) une autorité gouvernementale compétente l'ordonne ou (iii) une fraude est présumée. La décision de l'Organisateur dans de tels cas est définitive.
Les utilisateurs dégagent l'Organisateur de toute responsabilité pour les dommages, pertes ou coûts résultant : (a) de la participation à la Campagne ; (b) de violations des présentes Conditions générales, des Conditions générales de la boutique en ligne ou de la Politique de confidentialité ; (c) de dysfonctionnements techniques ou de problèmes de transmission ; (d) de retards dans le trafic Internet ou l'accès au site web ; (e) d'erreurs dans les documents de la Campagne ou de toute erreur technique ou humaine.

Utilizzando una qualsiasi delle promozioni nell'ambito della campagna "Shelly Black Friday VIP", l'utente accetta di essere vincolato dai presenti Termini e condizioni e dalle decisioni dell'Organizzatore, che sono interamente a discrezione dell'Organizzatore e sono definitive e vincolanti in tutte le questioni relative alla Campagna. Utilizzando una qualsiasi delle promozioni della Campagna, l'utente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato i presenti Termini e condizioni e di impegnarsi a rispettarli, nonché tutte le leggi applicabili.
L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di modificare o emendare i Termini e condizioni, e le modifiche entreranno in vigore una volta pubblicate su https://www.shelly.com/.

La Campagna include qualsiasi attività promozionale prevista nel Periodo della Campagna in riferimento ai prodotti o servizi offerti da Shelly Europe Ltd. tramite il negozio online https://www.shelly.com, di seguito denominata "Promozione".
Sono soggetti alla Campagna solo i prodotti e i servizi offerti da Shelly Europe Ltd. La Campagna e le Promozioni in essa contenute non si applicano a prodotti o servizi offerti tramite il negozio online da terzi.

Salvo diversamente specificato per promozioni specifiche, la campagna avrà luogo in tutto il mondo. Promozioni diverse potrebbero essere offerte in paesi diversi.
L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di limitare o modificare i Termini e condizioni della Campagna a sua esclusiva discrezione o se richiesto dalla legge in un determinato paese, inclusa la limitazione della Campagna a regioni specifiche.
6. Promozioni:
Ogni promozione è soggetta a termini e condizioni specifici descritti di seguito. La Campagna include le promozioni elencate di seguito, mentre l'Organizzatore ha il diritto di terminare alcune delle promozioni o di aggiungerne di nuove durante il Periodo della Campagna.
La Campagna "Shelly Black Friday VIP" è riservata esclusivamente ai clienti che si sono registrati nella Lista VIP di Shelly ("Clienti VIP"). Solo questi clienti hanno diritto ad accedere alle offerte promozionali della Campagna.
Ogni Cliente VIP riceverà un'e-mail personale all'indirizzo utilizzato per la registrazione alla VIP List, contenente un link unico dedicato che rimanda a una pagina web speciale su www.shelly.com
Per accedere e beneficiare di una qualsiasi delle offerte speciali descritte nei presenti Termini e condizioni, il Cliente VIP deve utilizzare il link dedicato e il codice coupon forniti via e-mail. Il link dedicato e il codice coupon sono esclusivi per ogni Cliente VIP e non devono essere condivisi, trasferiti o resi pubblici. Shelly Europe Ltd. si riserva il diritto di invalidarli in caso di sospetto uso improprio, inclusa la condivisione non autorizzata o l'accesso fraudolento.
Il codice coupon dedicato consente al Cliente VIP di usufruire dei seguenti vantaggi al momento dell'ordine promozionale:
Spedizione gratuita nei paesi dell'UE al di fuori di Bulgaria, Germania e Italia (elencati al punto 6.2.2.)
Protezione Plus gratuita (descritta in dettaglio al punto 6.3.)
6.1. Sconti:
La Campagna offre uno sconto fino al 60% su prodotti selezionati. Gli sconti saranno visibili come prezzi barrati accanto al prodotto nel negozio online.
Lo sconto non si applica alle spese di consegna, comprese le spese di spedizione, le tasse e i dazi doganali. Gli sconti sui prodotti in bundle si applicano esclusivamente al bundle pubblicizzato
Tutti gli sconti sono disponibili fino ad esaurimento scorte. Shelly Europe Ltd. non garantisce la disponibilità dei prodotti durante l'intero periodo della Campagna.
In caso di annullamento dell'ordine o di reso, i rimborsi saranno emessi in base al prezzo scontato pagato.
6.2. Spedizione gratuita
6.2.1. La spedizione gratuita si applica automaticamente al momento del pagamento per gli ordini effettuati nelle aree di consegna idonee specificate di seguito, a condizione che siano rispettati i seguenti valori minimi di ordine:
Per gli ordini consegnati in Bulgaria: ordini superiori a 100 BGN/51,13 EUR
Per ordini consegnati in Germania o Italia: ordini superiori a 79 EUR
6.2.2. La spedizione gratuita si applica inserendo il codice coupon VIP al momento del checkout per gli ordini nelle aree di consegna idonee specificate di seguito, a condizione che siano soddisfatti i seguenti valori minimi di ordine:
Per ordini consegnati in Austria, Belgio, Croazia, Repubblica Ceca, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Ungheria, Irlanda, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Regno Unito: ordini superiori a 150 EUR/150 GBP
6.3. Protezione Plus gratuita
La garanzia estesa "Protection Plus" sul dispositivo sarà scontata del 100% inserendo il codice coupon VIP al momento del pagamento. L'opzione Protection Plus deve essere aggiunta manualmente al carrello dal cliente. Protection Plus è disponibile solo per alcuni dispositivi e può essere selezionata nelle rispettive pagine dei prodotti, accanto al pulsante Aggiungi al carrello.
6.4. Prodotto in omaggio ("Omaggio con l'acquisto"):
Tutti gli ordini di valore minimo di 300 EUR/300 GBP/586,75 BGN (al netto di tutti gli sconti, escluse le spese di spedizione e inclusa l'IVA, ove applicabile) danno diritto a ricevere un prodotto in omaggio: Shelly Plug S Gen3 o Shelly Plus Plug UK ("Prodotto in omaggio"). Il prodotto omaggio gratuito verrà aggiunto al carrello a costo zero. Un ordine di acquisto dà diritto a un solo prodotto omaggio. La promozione del prodotto omaggio si applica agli ordini di acquisto di valore minimo e non include alcun elemento di casualità. Se l'ordine viene rimborsato parzialmente o totalmente e non soddisfa più il requisito del valore minimo per un Prodotto in omaggio secondo i termini e le condizioni della Promozione, l'utente dovrà restituire anche il Prodotto in omaggio. Se l'utente decide di tenerlo, l'Organizzatore ha il diritto di addebitare all'utente l'intero prezzo normale del Prodotto in omaggio, come indicato nel negozio online al momento dell'acquisto. Il Prodotto Omaggio è fornito gratuitamente, ma non è esente da spese di consegna e da eventuali costi associati. Tutti i costi e i termini di consegna si applicano secondo i Termini e Condizioni Generali del negozio online.
La Promozione del Prodotto Omaggio sarà valida fino ad esaurimento delle scorte dei Prodotti Omaggio. L'Organizzatore non garantisce che tutti i Prodotti Omaggio saranno disponibili per tutta la durata della Campagna. L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto, ma non ha l'obbligo, di aggiornare l'elenco dei dispositivi omaggio in qualsiasi momento, anche aggiungendo o rimuovendo Prodotti Omaggio. L'Organizzatore non è responsabile per eventuali danni o risarcimenti di qualsiasi forma se al momento dell'acquisto alcuni o tutti i Prodotti Omaggio non sono disponibili.
La promozione sul Prodotto Omaggio non è disponibile per ordini con indirizzo di consegna in Australia o Nuova Zelanda.
6.5. Cashback
Tutti gli ordini che raggiungono un valore minimo di 1000 € / 1000 £ / 1955,83 BGN (dopo aver calcolato tutti gli sconti nel carrello, escluse le spese di spedizione e inclusa l'IVA, ove applicabile) daranno diritto a un buono cashback di 50 € / 50 £ / 97,79 BGN ("il Buono" / "Buono Cashback") per gli acquisti nel negozio online https://www.shelly.com. Il Voucher fornisce un codice coupon monouso per l'acquisto di prodotti per un importo di € 50/£ 50/97,79 BGN.
Il buono viene emesso entro 40 giorni di calendario dalla fine della campagna. Se l'ordine viene rimborsato parzialmente o totalmente e non soddisfa più il requisito del valore minimo di 1000 € / 1000 £ / 1955,83 BGN, l'utente non avrà diritto a ricevere un buono Cashback. Il buono sarà inviato all'indirizzo e-mail associato all'ordine idoneo.
Il buono sarà valido per 3 mesi dalla data di emissione e potrà essere utilizzato secondo i termini ivi specificati. Il valore minimo dell'ordine ai fini della presente Campagna è il valore dei prodotti al netto dello sconto e comprensivo di IVA (ove applicabile), ovvero con IVA per gli ordini all'interno dell'UE e senza IVA per gli ordini al di fuori dell'UE. I dazi doganali e altre spese non relative alla spedizione non sono coperti.
La promozione Cashback non è disponibile per ordini con indirizzo di consegna in Australia o Nuova Zelanda.
6.6. Diritto di partecipare a un'estrazione a premi promozionale al momento dell'ordine
Idoneità alla partecipazione all'estrazione a premi promozionale
Per poter partecipare all'estrazione a premi promozionale, il partecipante deve:
Essere un membro registrato della Shelly VIP List;
Effettuare almeno un ordine valido durante il Periodo della Campagna, utilizzando lo stesso indirizzo e-mail utilizzato per la registrazione nella VIP List;
e
Non annullare o rimborsare completamente l'ordine idoneo entro quaranta (40) giorni di calendario dalla fine della Campagna.
Nel caso in cui un ordine venga annullato o rimborsato entro tale periodo, l'idoneità del partecipante al Concorso a premi promozionale sarà revocata e l'Organizzatore non avrà alcun obbligo di includere tale partecipante nell'estrazione o di fornire alcun premio.
Soddisfacendo i requisiti sopra indicati, sarai automaticamente inserito in un'estrazione a premi promozionale per avere la possibilità di vincere uno dei premi elencati di seguito:

I premi dell'app Shelly Smart Control - Accesso Premium gratuito saranno forniti ai vincitori sotto forma di un codice univoco, che garantirà l'accesso al periodo di abbonamento corrispondente.
6.6.1. Selezione e annuncio dei vincitori
L'estrazione dei premi avrà luogo l'11 gennaio 2026. I vincitori saranno selezionati tramite estrazione casuale, con risultati determinati interamente dal caso. L'estrazione sarà condotta utilizzando lo strumento di terze parti Commentpicker.com o simili, che seleziona casualmente i vincitori tra i partecipanti idonei. Partecipando, i partecipanti riconoscono e accettano l'uso di questo o di strumenti simili per la selezione dei vincitori. Ciascun vincitore sarà contattato via e-mail entro tre (3) giorni lavorativi dalla data dell'estrazione all'indirizzo e-mail con cui si è iscritto alla VIP List e ha effettuato un ordine. Il codice di accesso Premium gratuito verrà fornito tramite lo stesso indirizzo e-mail.
Le Shelly Mystery Box vengono consegnate all'indirizzo postale specificato dal vincitore. Tutte le consegne sono gratuite per il vincitore.
Pertanto, i vincitori delle Shelly Mystery Boxes dovranno confermare la loro accettazione e fornire le seguenti informazioni entro sette (7) giorni di calendario dalla data di contatto:
Nome e cognome;
Indirizzo di consegna valido;
Numero di telefono di contatto;
La mancata risposta entro il termine specificato o la mancata fornitura di dettagli accurati sulla consegna comporterà la squalifica e l'Organizzatore non avrà alcun obbligo di riselezionare un vincitore sostitutivo o di fornire un risarcimento.
Ogni partecipante può vincere una sola volta durante l'estrazione a premi promozionale. L'Organizzatore non è responsabile se un partecipante vincitore non esercita il proprio diritto a ricevere il premio, in conformità con le regole e la procedura stabilite nei presenti termini e condizioni.
L'Organizzatore ha il diritto di rifiutare di fornire un premio a un partecipante che non era idoneo a partecipare o la cui partecipazione all'estrazione a premi promozionale non è conforme ai Termini e condizioni dell'estrazione a premi promozionale o alle leggi applicabili, nonché in caso di presunte azioni fraudolente da parte del partecipante.
II. REGOLE GENERALI
Nessuna delle promozioni nell'ambito della Campagna può essere combinata con altre offerte di sconto, buoni, codici o coupon. I termini di consegna per gli ordini effettuati durante la Campagna potrebbero superare i tempi di consegna standard. Shelly Europe Ltd. non è responsabile per eventuali ritardi.
Nessuno dei vantaggi promozionali può essere venduto, trasferito o scambiato con il proprio valore monetario o altri prodotti o servizi, né è soggetto ad alcuna negoziazione.
Shelly Europe Ltd. si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini e condizioni, o di estendere, abbreviare o terminare la Campagna a sua esclusiva discrezione e senza preavviso. Qualsiasi modifica di questo tipo avrà effetto dal momento della pubblicazione su www.shelly.com.
L'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di sospendere, modificare o terminare la Campagna o qualsiasi Promozione della stessa in qualsiasi momento e per qualsiasi motivo, a sua discrezione, inclusi, senza limitazioni, casi di frode, abuso, manomissione, difficoltà tecniche, amministrative, finanziarie o di altro tipo. In tali casi, l'Organizzatore pubblicherà un avviso su https://www.shelly.com/
Agli utenti non sarà dovuto alcun risarcimento in qualsiasi forma e/o importo per la cessazione o la sospensione della Campagna o di qualsiasi Promozione della stessa, indipendentemente dai motivi di tale cessazione o sospensione.
L'Organizzatore può rifiutarsi di applicare qualsiasi termine promozionale e di fornire qualsiasi vantaggio promozionale (sconto, prodotti o servizi gratuiti) se: (i) i requisiti previsti dai presenti Termini e condizioni o dalla legge applicabile non sono soddisfatti, (ii) è stato ordinato da un ente governativo competente o (iii) è stata segnalata una frode. La decisione dell'Organizzatore in tali casi è definitiva.
Gli Utenti sollevano l'Organizzatore da qualsiasi responsabilità per danni, perdite o costi derivanti da: (a) partecipazione alla Campagna; (b) violazioni dei presenti Termini e Condizioni, dei Termini e Condizioni Generali del negozio online o dell'Informativa sulla privacy; (c) malfunzionamenti tecnici o problemi di trasmissione; (d) ritardi nel traffico Internet o nell'accesso al sito web; (e) errori nei materiali della Campagna o qualsiasi errore tecnico o umano.
L'Organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità per mancati profitti o danni speciali, incidentali, indiretti, punitivi o consequenziali relativi alla Campagna.
III. DATI PERSONALI
Ai fini della Campagna, compresa la sua gestione, il marketing e la fornitura di vantaggi promozionali, è necessario il trattamento dei dati personali.

IV. LEGGE APPLICABILE
Tutte le controversie derivanti dall'attuazione o in relazione ai presenti Termini e condizioni saranno risolte mediante negoziazione reciproca. In caso di mancato raggiungimento di un accordo reciproco tramite negoziazione, gli utenti (persone fisiche) che sono cittadini dell'UE o hanno la residenza abituale nell'UE godono inoltre della protezione garantita dalle disposizioni imperative della legge del loro paese di residenza e possono presentare un reclamo per far valere i propri diritti presso il tribunale del paese dell'UE in cui vivono o far valere il proprio diritto di tutela dei consumatori tramite la risoluzione delle controversie online, disponibile all'indirizzo ec.europa.eu. Per gli utenti del servizio che sono persone giuridiche e che pertanto non sono soggetti alle disposizioni imperative della legge sui consumatori o sui dati del loro paese di residenza, si applicano la legge bulgara e la giurisdizione bulgara.
V. VARIE
Se una qualsiasi parte dei presenti Termini e condizioni è ritenuta invalida, illegale o altrimenti inapplicabile da un tribunale della giurisdizione competente, tale parte sarà modificata da tale tribunale nella misura minima necessaria per renderla applicabile, preservando nella misura massima possibile l'intento originale, e le restanti parti dei presenti Termini e condizioni rimarranno in vigore a tutti gli effetti.
