These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional activities within the campaign “EM/PM device + Shelly Cloud Premium Voucher Campaign“ (“the Campaign”) By making use of any of the promotions within the Campaign, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Shelly Europe Ltd. Campaign Overview This promotional campaign offers customers who purchase a product from the Smart Monitoring & Saving Energy category the opportunity to purchase a 12-month Shelly Cloud Premium Voucher at a discounted price, equivalent to 6 months and thus experience all possibilities of Shelly solutions
2. Offer Details
- Standard retail price of the Shelly Cloud Premium Voucher (RRP): 29.99 EUR (excl. VAT)
- Promotional price: 14.99 EUR (excl. VAT)
3. Eligibility
- The offer is available to customers who purchase among selected products from the Smart Monitoring & Saving Energy category badged with “Bundle Offer”
- The discounted voucher is an optional add-on to the purchase of selected products. Shelly Cloud Premium voucher is available as standalone product at standard regular price.
4. Campaign Period
- Start Date: Wednesday 24.March.2026 at 09:00 AM EET (UTC +2)
- End Date: Tuesday 31.March.2026 at 11:59 PM EET (UTC +2)
- Shelly reserves the right to extend or terminate the campaign at its discretion.
5. Voucher Usage
- Vouchers must be redeemed and is valid as per Shelly Cloud service terms.
6. Limitations
- Limited to one voucher per product—each eligible product purchased qualifies for its own voucher
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers for the same products, unless explicitly stated.
7. Taxes
- All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on the customer’s location.
8.Modifications Shelly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. You may bring claims before the competent courts of your country or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu For business users (legal entities), Bulgarian law and Bulgarian courts in Sofia, Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10.Miscellaneos
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
