A: Please check the following:

1. Ensure your Shelly LoRa Add-on is mounted securely on a compatible Shelly Gen3 or Gen4 host device.

2. Confirm that the host device is running firmware version 1.6 or later.

3. Verify that the LoRa Add-on is properly connected to the proprietary Shelly serial interface (used to connect Add-ons to Gen3/Gen4 devices).
