A: Please check the following:

Ensure your Shelly LoRa Add-on is mounted securely on a compatible Shelly Gen3 or Gen4 host device.
Confirm that the host device is running firmware version 1.6 or later.
Verify that the LoRa Add-on is properly connected to the proprietary Shelly serial interface (used to connect Add-ons to Gen3/Gen4 devices).
